Billy Corgan, Fred Durst Among Hosts Of New Bill Maher Podcast Network

Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has branched off into the world of pro-wrestling and nabbed his own unscripted series. Well, the busy rocker can now add “podcaster” to his growing list of credits. He and rock colleague Fred Durst have been announced as two names joining comedian/host Bill Maher’s growing podcast network. While mum’s the word on details about Corgan’s show, Durst is apparently hosting a new pod centered around “UFOs and conspiracy theories.”

Lzzy Hale Confirms New Halestorm Album In The Works:

Lzzy Hale is set to join Skid Row as its (temporary) new frontman after Erik Gronwall's exit. But that’s not all the Halestorm singer has up his sleeve. The rocker confirmed his band is hard at work on a follow-up to their 2022 album “Back From The Dead.” “We’re finishing up writing a new album,” Hale revealed. “And we’re gonna get back in April to finish it up.” The frontman said “we’ll see what happens” with the new work, but thinks a new release will happen “before you know it.”

Mudvayne "Trying To Figure Out" What's Next

New music is the name of the game, and fans of rock vets Mudvayne know it’s been a while since their band churned out something new. But that could be changing, according to singer Chad Grey. “We’re just trying to figure out where we want (new music) to go,” said the rocker in a recent interview. He confirms the band has many “half-songs,” he says Mudvayne wants to decide “how we want this to play out… or how we want it to sound sonically.” The group’s last new release was all the way back in 2009.

The Exies Reunite, Drop New Single "For What It's Worth”

Last year’s album “Spirits High” marked Los Angeles-based rock band The Exies’ first release in 15 years. And according to frontman Scott Stevensthe group’s keeping the reunion vibes going with a show on May 29th at LA’s infamous Viper Room on the Sunset Strip. The Exies have also dropped a new single, “For What It’s Worth.” “It was a turning point in my mental stance on my life,” confessed Stevens about writing the song. “I was questioning if the life I have built for myself and my loved ones was ‘enough.’ Ultimately, the process brought me to the realization that it has to be.” Check out “For What It’s Worth” here.
